Hey everyone first time posting here, i got a 1 month ban from another bodybuilding forum for "humor" so i searched around and came upon IronMagazineForums and decided to join up here instead.
I am 19 years old, turn 20 at the end of the year i have been training since Feburary 2008. Currently studying to become a personal trainer.
