Hey im about 169 pounds and 5,9 and have workred out off and on for few years but never stuck to it im 22 now started back gone to try to stay with it this time what are some good supplements and whats a good workout plane? Iheard some people workout half there body in one day.Has anyone used no2 and is it any good.
