Basically this is the story ... im goin ibiza in 1 month ...
looking for some kinda suplement to basically make me look the tits lol
trainin 5 days a week ,14 stone ... not much body fat as ive been hittin cardio hard last mont or so...
anythin to pump me up?? so to speak
not too sure if there is anythink but ive gota month to go
ANY SUGGESTIONS APRECIATED

Just keep training hard and eating right. Theres not much you can do in a month to make any appreciable gains without affecting your bodyfat levels. Even then it won't be a great deal.

yea. was thinkin creatine myself but its just gettin past the loading phase... thats a week , myt just eat shit laods for 2 week. n do some serious cutting.

Two weeks of bulking, followed by 2 weeks of cutting I don't think is a good idea. Not enough time to reap the true rewards from either. I'd just stick to your current routine, make healthy food choices, train hard and rest well and you should be best that you can be in one months time.

plus as im goin ibiza i no for a fact i would keep to the PCT.
