Hello,
I have been taking Cytogainer forever. I have been a lot of compliments on how I dropped weight. I think for the summer I will trim down... A more lean mass look. Would cytogainer still be a wise choice during this phase? I thought about switching to Optimum Nutrtion to put on more lean mass. Then in the fall bulk back up go back to cytogainer or Opt. Nutr. searious mass. My diet is good. I keep a log of it everyday. That has been the real key for me. Thanks!

cytogainer is not a wise choice unless you are using it as a meal replacement while cutting, and even then, wise wouldnt be how i describe it. a standard protein powder is around 100 cals and 20+ grams of protein with little to no fat or carbs. that is what i would use to cut, ON is a good company, and as long as your choice fits what i said, they are as good as anybody to buy from.
