Hello
I saw that there are many companies and different types of protein out there, I havent used protein powders but I want to try. Which one do I need? I wanted Solgar's Whey To Go first but there are much cheaper ones and which are made of different things.
Thanks

A high quality whey...Designer, Pro Lab, Sportpharma, Natures Best, etc...is best for a post workout shake.
At other times of the day a protin BLEND is best...some good ones are Pro Fusion, Pro Peptide, Low Carb Grow, and Protein Plus.

Not a complete waste, but you'd do better with a whey, egg, casein blend at those times and a straight whey AFTER training
