cause its ezier to do a lat pulldown.
just like its ezier to say you have a bad knee than it is to get under a bar and squat..
oh, there a are a ton of hockey players that have had very bad knees. bobby hull, stan makita, jean beliveau, frank mahavolich, mike bossey, doug harvey, bobby orr, norm ulmann, alex delvechio.. my friend and training partner that was the 6th last guy to get cut from the 1976 olympic team.
