I always hear that you should eat very little carbs and sugar and more protien. How much is less carbs and how much is less sugar?

How many grams of these should I be taking in a day or weak?

What are your goals, what's you metabolism, somatotype, genetics like?????

What is your percentage Body FAT?
What's your current Nutritional program like?

How does your body deal with carbs, which types, how much of other macronutrients do you get, etc, etc, etc ????

Well, I am not actually sure what my BF% is right now. I know that I can just barely see my abs coming through. But I know that differs from person to person.

I was just wondering because it seems like most food in our dorms has either breads, pastas, or rice in it.

I also like drinking these Arizona Green Teas which say they have 18g of carbs, 17g of sugar, and 70 calories per serving. Is this alot for a beverage?

I dont eat any sweats or drink and soft drinks.

Sweets, sweat is something that rolls off your body

While you may not drink soda, if your drinking something in a can, like you do with your tea, you can see there is still sugar in it.

I would have to say that is relative. For someone that's on a "low carb" diet it is a lot, but for me it's not.

True, a small yogurt is about 45g sugar.

Actually the tea is in a glass bottle but that really doesnt matter.

LOL Thanks for the info guys!!!

Yeah... what these guys said...

It really depends on where you are at right now and what your goals are.

Prince says he's maintaining and that amount of sugar is no biggie but I'm trying to loose BF so I try to avoid all sugar.

Keep in mind that most dorm foods are not going to be the stuff you need to eat to cut BF and getting those abs to show is about 85% what you eat!

Good luck!
