You've stimulated many months of productive training for me with the rountine. Never assume you've got the perfect rountine or one that you'll do forever, there's always something new out there.
Here's my leg routine, I do quads/Hams on different days.
Quads:
Week1: Squats 3x4-6
Leg Press 3x4-6
Lunges 2 x 6-8
Week2: Leg press (Higher up on the plate) 3x6-8
Squats 3x10-12
Front squats 1x8-10
Week3: Superset Leg Ext/hack squats 2x8-10
Leg press single leg drop set 1x8-10, drop 8-10
Squats 1x20
Hams:
Week1: Stiff Deads 3x4-6
Seated Leg Curls 2x4-6
Week2: Lying Leg curls 3x6-8
Stiff Deads 2x8-10
Week3: Superset seated leg curls/Stiff deads (dumbells) 2x6-8
Lying leg curls single leg drop set 1x8-10, drop 6-8
Any suggestions ?
