Hey guys and gals, I am changing up my routine since the month is up (my month that is) and I am tired of being weak in the upper back and shoulder region. Could you give me some routine suggestions because I want to break out of this slump that has been going on for 6 months with not really any great progress in those areas? Everything else seems to be moving up.

My previous routine for shoulders was:
Miltary Press 3x
Front Raises 3x
Back Raises 3x
Side Raises 3x

My previous routine for back was:
Deadlifts 3x
Rows (Sitting on the machine) 3x
Lat Pulldowns 3x
Lower Back (machine) 3x

Thanks in advance

Sholders:
Sholder Press
Military Press
Arnold Press
Upright Rows

Back:
Pullups
Deadlift
Bent Over Barbell Rows
Pulldowns

I do 3 sets of everything except for deadlifts, i do 5 sets of those muahaha

Just did some single arm d/b shoulder presses for the first time, they felt awesome !!

hmm 5 sets of deadlifts... my lower back is pretty strong, but my upper back (pullups especially are weak)... do deadlifts help the upper back as well? I never tried Arnold presses... what are they smoke?

Arnold press are a type of Dumbell press, start with palms facing body and rotate through lift, like this;

Aye, I'll try them in a week. Thanks peetrips. I wonder why Arnold Palmer invented these?
