Hi people, I'm new to the forum but I've trained for just over two years. I'm looking for a bit of help, nothing I do at the moment makes me any bigger\stronger which is my goal be big with a goodnof good muscle. I'm nearly 6ft and I weight 202lb but I'm aiming for 230+ I have a fairly good diet with two chicken breasts a day some pasta 3 impact whey shakes a day 4 on a training day with 20 gram of bcaa a day and a slow release protein before bed. What am I missing as I'm fed ip of not getting anywhere. Thanks in advance

Apparently your not eating enough. Add 500 calories a day and weigh yourself in 2 weeks. Also if you have been doing the same routine for more than 6 - 8 weeks, it is likely you need a change in routine. You could try changing everything from the types of lifts, to the number of reps, to the number of sets. Also rest time, days you lift on and everything else. Your body could be at a plateau ,and need to be shocked. Other will cue in this, just wait. Best of luck.

^ that's it, you're just not eating enough. How many calories do you get in daily?

I have wonderd if I'm not eating enough, plus I strugle to sleep at nite which I dong think helps. I haven't got a clue how manu calls I'm consuming each day that's something else I should look into. I have a slow metabolism so what would be the best way to increase my 500 calls? I've thought about swoping the morning and mid morning whey for a weight gainer but I'm unsure with my matabolism, some lads I know are adding a oats suplement to the whey shakes as a bit of extra carb or maybe I should increase my chicken intake or all of them. What do you think would be best? Thanks for your help
