hi guy's im new her and im about to start weight training but i dont know were to start my friend keep's telling me i need to to start these protein drinks but i all ready weigh in at 20st and 7£ and i dont want to be puting on extra weight any help or advise would be most appreciated

First thing is to decide what your long term goal is then break that down into short term goals. Your goals will partly determine the nutrition and greatly determine the type of workout you do.
