I have seen it all. I have see bi's and tri' to really pump the arms, and i have seen back and bi's, chest and tri's as the smaller muscle is the secondary from the main muscle anyways....I guess it all comes do to what works for you.

Holding my breath - waiting for the arbitrary flame fest on 'arm' days

Gotto love bi/tri workouts for that swole feeling IMHO

Depends on what works best for you. You should switch your routine about every 4-6 weeks anyway. For me I've done a 6 week back/bi, chest /tri routine then a 6 week of chest/back with a bi/tri routine and put on 7lbs and some size. Here are some links to arm routines that may also work for you that I found useful at least for me. Hope they help.

same as everyone else i swap it round abit.
back with bi's for 3 month, chest with tri's.
often after training back hard my biceps are so pumped they only need 6 sets total to finish them off.

I prefer to keep my arm workouts seperate to the big muscle groups, and if a WO is gonna be missed it'll be arms.

Bi/tri supersets are fucking awesome - focus either on one or the other
