Woohoo.. Finaly back in the gym, I am sooo sore now tho.
Can't really start a strict diet, but I eat well usually..
Was wondering if people could suggest a nice routine that has made a difference in their workouts.
My hammies need ALOT of work, and I would like a little more definition to my stomach.. other than that gimme what ya got for the whole body. I also would like to define my lower back.. I find a toned back very sexi

Lower back: Deadlifts and that lower back machine. 
I have a strong lower back, but upper back... well, mediocre

LOL, thanks guys.. I have a few questions about machines tho.. alot of machines dont exactly have names.. is there a site where it tells me what the machine does by chance??
I have heard "deadlifts" said many times on the board now and STILL dont know what the fuk it is! Please explain it to me please.
