In general, in which bench exercise should I be able to lift most or least, flat bench press vs decline bench press vs incline bench press? Weight in flat bench press <= decline bench press < incline bench press? Or decline bench press < flat < incline? Or what?

Alot of people can lift the same amount of w8 with flat and decline... that being more w8 than incline.
But I would say it would go flat, decline and then incline.

Strength wise?
I would definately say...decline, flat, incline.

I certainly feel that decline is my strong set and incline is my weak set. I try to do equal w8 all around, and just less reps if I feel weaker.

declines definately, your arms are in the best natural position to push and it is also the shortest distance to complete the rep.
personally though i haven't done declines in well over a year or so, i get a much better stretch and feeling from doing dips instead.

Most definately for myself it's...declines,flat,incline. For the exact reasons already posted.
