I start off with a protein shake. At 930, I usually eat an apple or a banana. 1230, tuna or chicken salad sandwiche. 330, a metrx protein bar. 630, whatever my mom cooks for dinner, but I try to stay away from the carbs(ya, I still live with my parents. . . .so what. Im only 23). And at 930, after i work out, I have another protein shake. |
