Look at this little thread thing i got from the consumer reports on supplements. I am amazed how they let a bunch of raving idiots talk about supplements like that and confuse people

24 years of taking some sort of supplement and i'm not dead yet and can still pee with the best of them. make's you wonder sometimes why people are the why they are.
