Hi Guys.. Ok, I've got the reps figured out... now I am wondering what the "Reputation Power" is and how I can build it up... Thanks

I just gave you some reps. When people like your posts, they give you reps and you build up rep power over time. Helping people with their questions about training, or just posting something funny usually gets you rep power. Welcome to the site.
