I am very skinny 26 yo & 135 pounds


. I really want to put up weight, atleast push it up another 40 pounds!
On a weekly average, few days I take lots of calories and other days will just have dinner ignoring lunch/breakfast completely cause of work/lazy reasons.
My average daily food intake is ~1500 calories, so am hoping to have supplements fill another 1500-2000 calories.
I am looking for body mass and muscle gainers. If anyone know a working one or went through similar cycle please post.
