2nd Cycle kicks off...

...on Oct. 31. Note: I'm 40, HRT (cruise at 200mg of Test).

Current Stats...

6'2", 254, Approx 14-15% BF (May be a skosh lower by then).

1-6 Test C @ 500mg/Deca 300mg
7-10 Test C @ 650mg/Deca 300mg
11-12 Test C @ 800mg
1-12 Proviron 50mg/ED
1-12 Aromasin 10-25mg/EOD - ED (as necessary)
1-12 Cabergoline .5mg/2XW
1-12 hCG 1000iu/EW

Using Heavy's pyramid scheme... I've decided to ramp up the Test dose at week 7 to avoid hitting that week 8 wall. Then, since I'm dropping the Deca at week 10, adding more Test at the same time.

I guess I'll use this as some sort of journal/log (weight/leaness/strength increases/decreases), but I'm not sure that I'll keep up with it... We'll see.

Please don't post any bad pics & sh!t here, as I'll be accessing this from work... GYCH!

Looks good, though I have never used a pyramid method with test. I may take Heavy's advice next run around.

I would get some HCG and bump the deca up another 100mg. IMHO. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks Vic... I edited it. I knew I left out something on there. The Deca is mainly for joint relief. If all goes well... I may run it again next bulk at a higher dose.

I'll go ahead and add in some info on my diet here too... I've been at a drastic caloric deficit for a few weeks M-F. Carbs are restricted to ultra low except for PWO. None after 7pm unless I train late and then the only carbs are with my PWO shake. I've been re-feeding on Sat/Sun and I've seen good results, but I've hit a plateau (weight/fat loss). The plan now, is a diet that I got from the dude at Iron Addict that is simililar to what I have been doing except the 7000+ cal re-feed is Sat only and then only 1000 cals on Sun with no carbs. I'm not sure what you would call it...

Anywho... The plan is to keep the basic system in place, but upping calories to maintenance (next week) and continuing to up calories until I feel like I'm keeping too much fat. That's the plan anyway. I have a friend that is getting good results with this system (gaining LBM while staying lean).

I know many of you don't believe in a 'lean' bulk, and if I were at < 10% I would do a balls out bulk. But I'm not and it seems to be harder at 40 to cut like it was when I was 25. So anyway...

All the Test Cyp I have used (All from GP) is basically clear. This from a new source is yellowish and so is the Deca (Deca is the 10mL on left and Test is the 50mL on right). What do you think?

The only difference in color is the oil used. You can tell nothing by the color of the oil.

Well... I couldn't wait any longer. I was supposed to take one more shot of 100mg Test last night, but I didn't have any drawn up yet, so I said F it.... And drew up 4 pins of 250mg Test C & 150mg Deca. Shot in left delt with no pain, but it felt funny... That's the most I've ever pinned. I was out of 1.5" pins so I'll be pinning delts the next 3 more times. It is kinda tricky drawing up 2 compounds.

Anyway... I weighed in at a tiny 252.4 this morning. The lightest & leanest I've been since about 2004 (235 @ < 10%). Pretty nice, because I haven't eaten that well the last coupla days. T3 can be a wonderful substance.

Question... What causes post injection soreness? Is it the fact that you are putting .5-3mL of oil into a mucsle? Is it the compound in the oil? Is it the solvents used in creating the batch?

Where did you shoot? Maybe you hit a nerve or you moved the pin around a bit during the shot that caused the soreness. Were you slow in pushing the plunger? But also putting to much liquid during a single shot can cause muscle soreness. I remember reading a reference somewhere that you should limit to 1ml in delts and 3ml in glutes or risk soreness.

I believe it depends on the quality of the gear and the amount of alcohol in the gear. But I'm no expert. Try doing everything very slow like inserting pin and pushing in plunger. That should help. Also, massage the injection site afterwards and using a heat pad helps. My first shot on this cycle had zero pain. A little soreness but nothing that anyone couldn't handle. It's barely noticable.

2nd injection last night. No news...

Trained Chest/Shoulders yesterday. Doing some small volume work right now. Next week will be a De-Load and then back to a form of WSB conjugate training for 6 weeks and then a few more weeks of volume work again. So here's how yesterday went...

Note: I'm not going to post my warm ups. Just working sets...

BB Flat Bench - 315X10, 335X10, 355X8, 355X6
DB Incline Press - 110'sX10, 115'sX10, 120'sX8, 120'sX7
DB High Incline Flys - 70'sX12 (2X)
Lateral Raises - 30X12, 35X12, 40X10 (2X)
Rear Delt Flys - 30X10 (3X)
Calf Presses - 3 sets for 20

Deads/Back today

Note: My deads SUCK. I've just recently realized that the years of deadlift neglect was dumb, so my goal is just to get stronger every week. We'll see.

Training is 2-on, 1-off, 2-on, 2-off (M,T,Th,F).

* Weekend Curls - I don't know if there is a name for these already, but what I do is DB Hammer curls, but I curl them up to my chin like I'm drinkning a beer. I like them...

Thanks guys. I feel week fir my size. I'm working on making my deads & square bigger. I want to get my bench to 500.

I just pinned #4 (2 weeks down). I'll weigh in the morning and post Monday & Tuesday workouts tomorrow.

Okay... Weighed in this morning at 255.6. Slowly getting calories back to 3500 and it's a b!tch keeping it clean. Seems like all I do is eat.

Gym yesterday... Note, I'm revising my plan to 5/3/1 with some volume. Sqats yesterday.

Box Squat (20") - 5 sets 315X5, 335X5, 365X5, 335X5 (2X)
Power squat machine 4 Sets X10-12 (These were hard and blew my quads up)
Extensions - 4X15-20

I decided to change this program last minute, so I haven't dialed it in completely yet.

I decided after a lack-luster session at the gym Tuesday, to take some time off. So I took the rest of the week off and all of this week. I'll be back next Monday to smash weights.

Update:

I pinned for the 8th time last night (4 weeks). Weighed in at 255.8 this morning and seem to be leaner. Diest has been back and forth (lots of sh!t going on), but it's either clean and good amount of calories or not-so-clean and lower cals. Next week should be better for the diet.

I took 10 days off to just give my body some time to recover. I did some foam rolling for added jackedness.

I decided Friday (Nov/19) to get back in the gym. So I basically jumped all around the gym hitting chest/arms/back. I wanted to wait to start the 5/3/1 on Monday.

Monday Training:
Squats: 315X5, 335X5 & 355X6
Good Mornings: 225X8 4X
Power Squat Machine* : 8-45's, 4X12
Extentions: 3X15

*Similar to Hack Squats

I'm training 5/3/1 on M/W/F, so it will be Bench Press tomorrow.

I'm exactly 4.5 weeks into this cycle and I'm in the 258 range (up 5-6 pounds) and mostly lean. The diest has been sh!t this past week (Who's wasn't) because of the Holiday. I'm back to the cleanliness today and the remainder of the cycle. I'm getting more and more vascular. The ol' lady commented on it yesterday... She said "It looks like every time I give you a shot, you have another vein pop out". I've got veins popping out of the front delts, tris (and under the arms) & quads. Forearms are covered.

Looks good bro. I have no idea what your bf is. If I had to guess, probably in the 10-12% range. I think I have a similar bf but you got about 60-70 lbs on me...lol. Almost 20" guns is nice too. I'm around 16-17" at 181.5 lbs.

Thanks for the 10-12% though, but I don't think so. Probably more like 13-15%. My goal is 235-245 at 10%.

Grab your fat on your lower back. Most guys hold the most fat in that spot so that is the best indicator of bodyfat once you have looked at your belly.

I was at 282 and 24%+ in March. I carry it well though. Dieted down to around 272-278 at 22-24% in July. Then started really cutting and got down to around 253 at 14-16%. So, I'm not finished, but I've made some progress. I'll do a balls-out cut whilst crusing (That's what I did my last cruise). Hopefully getting close to 10% then, just before the spring run of Test/Tren/Mast & DMZ...

Injected my 2nd round of 1.8ml's last night (625mg/300mg Test/Deca EW for the next 4).

Trained Wednesday:

Rack Pulls: 365x5, 405x3, 455x1
Bent BB Rows: 225 - 3x8
Bent DB Rows: 100's - 4x10
Wide Grips Lat pull-downs: rack - 4x10
EZ Bar curls: 95-105 - 4x8
DB curls: 60's - 3x8

Rach pulls SUCKED!!! I lost 1 of my wrist straps (Yes... 1) So I had to go with just the left one. I could have gotten more reps on the last set easy, but I couldn't hold the fvkkin bar.

Instead of de-loading next phase, I'm going to go with a 3x1 (90/95/100%) with volume work after (like some drop sets with chains/bands). After I go 1 phase of each session (squats,BP,Deads,Mil. Press), I'll do a de-load then back to more of volume work.

Okay... So I did squats Monday. One of the better leg days I've had. My quads are growing like crazy. They were pretty small from years of doing basically nothing with them, because of severe joint pain. The were truly tiny. The have been growing slightly over the last year or so, but tiny gains because of very weak training. Since I've really started focusing on squats/Deads, they have grown a lot. I swear I've added 2-3" (circumference) in the past 12 weeks. I wish I had measured them before this cycle.

Monday:
Squats - 315,365,405,455,475x1, 315x6 (2x)
Power Squat machine - 8 plates 4x10-15
Extentions - 4x15-18

last shot of week 8 tonight

Training Chest today... I plan on doing a Heavy with some drop sets for reps (volume) for this phase, then I'll de-load on the next phase.

Training kinda sucked yesterday. I had to work late... So I get to the gym and there's 1 fvkkin vehicle there. This dude bails after 5 minutes, so I'm by myself with plans on a heavy BP sesh. Finally, some kids show up and I ask one if he felt comfoprtable spotting on a heavy BP. He said yes, but he was a bit shaky on the 405. So that's as high as I went...

BP - 315x4, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1, 275x10, 225x18, 225x12
Incline DB Press: 110's - 2x10

Weighed in @ 262 this morning and I appear to be just as lean as I was at 253. I think a lot of the weight is in the quads.

Pinned gears Sunday night. Starting my Dbols today. Weighed in at 262.2 this morning. That's up 8.8 pounds I think. I'm feel like I'm just as lean as I started.

I never missed any training over the break. I actually added a day for biceps, since I rarely do more than 2-4 sets mixed in with other days. I'll be going back to 5/3/1 after this volume traing I have going on now. I've been basically working up to a fairly heavy set of 1-2 reps, then backing off and burning out or doing drop sets.

Dec 24th - Shoulders
Standing Miltary BB Press: worked up to 265x2, 195x8, 175x8, 155x8
Lateral Raises: 30's 2x10, 35's 2x10
Rear Delt Flys (Machine): 210 - 4x10+
Bent Lateral Raises: 30's - 3x10

Dec 27th - Squats
Squats: Worked up to 455x2, 365x8, 365x8
SLDL's: 225 - 3x10
Hack Squats: 45'sx10 - 4x10

Dec 31 - Bench Press

Scrioxx Dbols & Deca in the house. I switched a few weeks back to the Scrioxx Deca & GP Cyp (I was concerned my other gear was under-dosed). Love me some HB...

Anywho... I trained back today and it was a good one (for me at least)

Deads: single up to 465x1 (PR), 365x6, 315x8
T-Bar rows: 4x8
Wide Lat Pull-downs: 4x8-12
Bent BB Rows: 225x8, 275x8 (2x)

I know the dead is weak (for my size), but I basically just started doing them a few mnths ago. My 1RM then was 415 and felt like it was going to snap me in half. I did quite a few singles up to the 465 today.... Who knows if I had increased the weight a little faster. I'll take a 50 increase any time I can get it...

It's funny... About a year ago, I was getting lab work back showing my T was low. After a few weeks of Dr. administered HRT, I decided to take it into my own hands. Now I'm almost done with my 2nd cycle and I was just thinking about all the sh!t I take in a day. Here's an example of a what my next injection day will look like:

5:30am: Wake and take 50mg proviron, 12.5mg aromasin, .5mg Caber, 1 cap Liv52
8:00am: 10g fish oil, fiber, vitamin c, multi vitamin
10:30am: 30mg DBol, 1 cap Liv 52
6:00pm: inject 325mg Test, 150mg Deca, 500iu's hCG, .5mg MT-II

This doesn't take into account the Pre/Post WO supps or 4-5 real food meals per day. I know this is nothing compared to the guys running all kinds of compounds, GH, Slin and far more supps than I take.

Does any of your significant others every look at you and say "WTF is the matter with you?" ?

I'm going back to the 5/3/1 for the next coupla weeks, but on 4 days a week this time, as I would like to add some balls-out volume work the last few weeks on this cycle (and while these doses are clearing). hopefully my deads will get closer to 500.

Okay... I trained Shoulders today. I'm going with a modified 5X5 with some volume accessory work the rest of the way out on this cycle. I seem to add the most size with the combo of fairly heavy + higher rep accessories.

Standing Mil BB Press: 195x5, 215x5 (2x), 225x5, 195x8
Lateral raises: 30's x10, 35's x10, 40's (2x) x 10
Bent Over rear delt flys: 35's - 4x10

My rear delts were pumped like never before. Maybe the DBols? They looked like I had baseball sized implants...

I weighed in at 266 last night and starting to feel a little more blubbed than I like. So I'll back the cals off a little. But the big cut starts soon anywho.

I'm offa the Deca the rest of the way & upping T to 1G. That's right NB's... 1G with DBols the rest the way out.

I had the woman measure my arms & legs. The previous arm measurements were actually taken a coupla weeks pre-cycle. So...

L Arm: 20.25" (+.5")
R Arm: 20.19" (+.44")
L Leg (Quads): 27.88 (+???)
R Leg: 27.75"

I wish I had measured my legs before... Cuz they have grown a lot. I hope I can keep them growing at this pace for a few more weeks.

So I hurt myself. Not sure exactly what it is, but it seems to be getting better by not doing anything. I tried to train Monday, but it hurt like a mofo, so I took the rest of the week off. I'll try back again on Monday... Anyway. i stopped the DBols until then. If I feel ok on Monday, I'll start the DBols on Tuesday and run them for the 3 remaining weeks. I've not stopped the Test/Deca, but my last shot of Deca was last night. I will run the test 1 more week to make up for the time off (total of 13 weeks). Test dose is currently at 800mg/Week

Anyway... I did hit some PR's on a few things. 1RM's and 1 2RM...

Standing Military Press - 265x2
Rack Pull - 545
Full Dead Lift - 465
Squat - 495
SB Squat - 565

I never really got to try a Bench Press for 1RM because no one to spot me. That sucks...

All the time LOL! I remind her that I only do 3 days a week at gym plus one day home workout. I don't drink nor party. I'm not abusive physically nor verbally and my sexual organs are fully functional. Oh and then I also remind her that she frequently compliments my physique. But she still thinks I'm a weirdo/dork for taking substances meant for bulls and horses along with my constant fascination with bodyfat, diet, strength etc. I told her if being like this is wrong - I don't want to be right.

Update...

Well, I injured myself and basically too about 12 days off from the gym. I still can't do any real chest or any type of shoulder press. So I've stayed on the legs, back and arms pretty hard since my time off.

My last cycle injection was 1g test cyp on Jan/17. I'm now cruising and cutting on 200mg/EW test cyp. Finishing of my D-Bol too, as I got pissed that I was hurt right at the end of a nice cycle. It sucked, because I think gains would have been a bit better without that time off, when the D-Bol go going.

Anyway... I peaked at around 264. I stayed the same BF or less for the entire cycle except the last week or so where I may have added a touch of BF, but very minimal.

Currently walking around at 257 and my guess is about 13.5%. Still have plans to get to 240-245 at <10% before my spring cycle of Test/Tren/???
