guys, i was just wondering when to take creatine. before or after workout? i bought body fortress creatine and they say that an individual should use about 1 scoop(48grams). How much should i get per day? and should i drink it with protein shake after workout? i know this is a stupid question and must have asked by so many people but this is my first time using creatine and i wanna get it right. so please let me know. thanks.

Little-to-no importance as to when you take it.

5 grams of monohydrate is pretty standard.

how much is 5grams in a table spoon or tea spoon, cuz i cant find a way to measure 5grams. They got 1 scoop

so, wait. i got 2 questions.
1.would it be ok to drink creatine with protein shake after workout? or creatine before workout and then the protein shake after workout?
2. right now, im on cutting phase. so would it be ok to take creatine during cutting phase?

Both questions answer are yes.

I take 5g creapure with both my preworkout and postworkout shake. Creatine usage doesn't matter if you are on a cut or bulk, it just provides more energy when taken preworkout and helps shuttle aminos into the cell after.

Uh yeah it really doesnt matter once it has built up when you take it. Some say pre some say post. I take 3g pre workout in morning, 3g preworkout in afternoon and sometimes 3g at bed time. On non workout days I just take one 5g whenever I think about it.
