ok i should know this but i dont so.. does eating fat slow down the fast absorbtion rate of whey and if so, to what degree? can carbs slow it down as well?

Why not just get regular protein? Proteinfactory.com , cheap.

Define "regular" protein, lol....whey isn't "regular"?

Yes, fat added to whey will slow digestion, as will fibre.

to a certain extant the fat will slow down absorbtion in the small instestine. BUt since it is in liquid form it will still be readily absorbed. Just a note on fiber depending if it is solable in soluable it can have a great effect on absorbtion.

I figure since other proteins dont cost much more, especially if you order from the right place, there is no need to try and stretch out whey.
