How do I post a PICTURE??

I have searched for it but I can't find any info so I;M ASKING FOR YOUR HELP..............How can I post a picture?????

when you hit post reply there is a box at the bottom of the page says attach file, click on browse and it should bring up the list of folders you have go through them until you find the picture you want to post (Just double click on the folders to get them to open) and then highlight it and press the attach button.
