Hi Lina, this a similiar recipe I used to make the bars...enjoy
Banana Walnut Bread
1 cup spelt flour
½ cup brown rice flour
½ cup walnuts crushed
2 tablespoons Egg Replacer
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
stevia or sweetener or 1tbsp honey
1 ripe organic banana sliced
1 cup water
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift the dry ingredients (spelt flour, brown rice flour, walnuts, egg replacer, baking powder, baking soda, and salt)together. Add in the honey/or stevia, banana, and water and using a hand mixer mix well and all the banana slices are blended into small pieces. Place into a well-oiled 8 by 4 inch loaf pan. Place the loaf into the oven and let bake for approximately
50 minutes. A toothpick inserted and withdrawn from the loaf should come out dry when the bread is cooked. Allow the bread to cool and then flip the pan upside down to remove the bread. Slice and serve. Optionally top with a lemon honey glaze for a sweeter taste.
