Any favorite websites for building & comparing new workout routines, been using muscleandstrength for a couple years, but would like to know if others have sources they prefer.
Thanks!

You should do what works best for you, figure out your goals and what your body responds to the best, and build on for yourself off of that.

Thanks for the input, but I was asking mainly for sites that have good examples of routines that you can compare different combinations, much like the setup muscleandstrength does on workout routines. Wanted to know if there other favorites out there since I'm getting tired of seeing the same ones over and over.
(not new to working out in the least, but wanted to know what others do for workout routine research)
Always good to having a start point otherwise your just going into it blind.

How about this one?
Take a look in the journals section, there are loads of programs being done by our members right now, and the best part is you actually get to see if the programs are getting people results.

I wouldnt say the online journals are the most organized and you have to siff through a lot to get to the good ones. But its all good posted on another forum and got a lot of good feedback.
