Just like the thread title says. For the guys who actually cycle and don't cruise all of the time. How much time do you actually take off? I know that time on + PCT = Time off but i know that everyone fudges that.

I usually take quite a bit of time off like 4-6 months, but I f**ked up this time. I already have my next cycle waiting in the wings, so now I'll have to exert some super will power to wait even a couple months.

Same here. I have my next one lined up already and I am 2 wks away from finishing my current run. It is going to be a lot harder to resist since it is just sitting there staring at me. Health is important though. So I am going to try to take 3-4 months off .

It SHOULD be......when my blood work returns normal from the Dr.
Time on / time off is just an excuse to do more cycles.

I'm not a quitter.
Time off is for lazy people

If I cycle for 12 weeks then 4 weeks of pct. I just take off about 10 weeks then start again. So I shave off about 6 weeks frommthe whole time on plus pct=time off. At least
I'm honest about it.

Depends on how suppressive the cycle was, typically time on/time off.

+1 This is the truth. I was at my doc's last week and had blood work done. He knows the lifestyle I lead and after having checked all my numbers, he told me another 2 weeks and I'm good to go. Yes, it depends also on how heavy the cycle was, but at the end of the day it's whatever your blood says. Well put CT.

I fucked up also and have about 75% of my next one ready to go. And enough dough to go ahead and order the rest. Thing is im still about 4 weeks away from PCT.
Everytime I look at the stash I get antsy.

I've only done designer oral cycles prior to my current test run. They were always 4-6 weeks so I would go 4 weeks PCT, 4-6 weeks natural (same as cycle length) then jump back on. I've since learned the importance and relative ease of getting bloodwork done.
