I'am currently coming towards the end of a D/bol first 28 days , 10 week Supertest 350 , Have made tremendous gains , But I'am just after advice on as oppose too taking a 4 week break , Could I coast for 4 weeks on say D/Bol and then go onto a cycle of supertest 350/400 ???
I know it's advisable too take a break but am just going too try this and would like any input !
