I have been having some problems with my right wrist for quite some time now. It hurts right where the thumb connects with the rest of the forearm at the wrist. The pain is not bad, but it is annoying because it never goes away. (been taking time off from workouts lately with no effect).
I'm not sure whether I should use special techniques or something like that. I have heard a lot of talk about thumbless grips and this seems to be working for some people so I'm gonna try that.
Anyway... any good advice for me?
P.s.
I'm taking fish-oil, Glucosamine and MSM

How did you wind up with it in the first place?
Tear, shock, twist, hairy palms-thingy ?
Might give an idea of what to avoid.

Once you get use to it, a thumbless grip is better anyway.
