5 oz cooked ground sirloin
1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

mix and eat

1.5 srving chocolate protein
4 frozen strawberries
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 cup water

Mix in a blender.

4 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 cups torn spinach
1 cup mixed veggies....brocoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green peppers, etc
1-2 tbsp newmans dressing...italian or balsamic vinegar

Mix together

Mmm mmm for a quick snack:

4oz turkey - from leftover turkey dinners
1/4cp - 1/2cp. 1%cottage cheese
1tsp. flax
Mix it all together. I like to eat it like that, or put it on a nice, cold, crisp salad.

1cp. cashews
1/2cp. PB
2tbsp. heavy cream

Mix together and enjoy!!!

My fav is boneless skinless Checken breast Seasoned with Italian seasoning, pepper. Cooked stovetop in White wine. Served with cup of brown rice and 1 sweet potato.
