Nice site, glad to find! I'm happy with my training - currently using 5/3/1 triumvirate workout. Diet is on target, seeing results, but like everyone looking to do better. Hoping to find some help on best cycles to begin with for minimal sides and support. Have gone the prohormone route in past with gains and losses. Like everyone, wanna hold onto gains made when cycles end. Look forward to navigating forum, and getting some info.
