Anyone eat yogurt on a regular basis? If so, what brands are the best to get?
I really don't like yogurt, but I want to add it to my diet a few times a week. If I've learned to love cottage cheese..I can learn to love yogurt!
Thanks for any help!

I used to eat yogurt. ALL of the time actually. But it has a lot of sugar in it, whether or not that matters to you, I don't know. I used to get the fat-free store brand (Publix down here in Florida) I loved all flavors...and used the blueberry and strawberry and ones like that in my protein pancakes (which I haven't made in forever)...just gotta do the whole trial-and-error thing. start with simple stuff, like lemon, strawberry, blueberry..then try the cocounts..pina coladad...cappuccinos....explore!

Not really! 38g is like 9.5 tbsp of sugar

I don't eat the dannon just for comp. and trading the little sugar in my two cups of coffee for a yoplait is a good thing not like
cookies
cake
pie
candy
chips
beer
dough nuts (dog nuts)
I have no time to make my own fresh. oh well

Yes you can get the sugar free at almost all grocery stores.. and it comes in a TON of flavors..
I have seen it at WalMart, Randalls, Kroger, & Albertsons!

According to the nutrional info, it does have some sugar in it. Comes from the fruit I guess..so it's not TOTALLY sugar free.
