I had recently got a trainer to help me with my weak points and things were going good at the gym i belong to but then my trainer got fired half way through my sessions that i had already paid for And there really is no one else at the gym who really looks like a good trainer they are pretty much overweight or way underweight. The question is do you thing i should get my money back for my remainder sessions do you think the gym should have to refund my money or not. I did sign up with someone who nolonger works there.

More than likely he worked through the gym.(he got fired!) So it is the gym's responsibility to fulfill the remaining time or refund your money!

Do you think i can get my money back or do you think they would stick me with someone else? I really want my money back since the first gone is gone

I think you should be able to get you money back if your not happy with anyone else there.
I would demand it back and not feel bad about it.

I taked to them today and they had to talk to someone else and they will let me know tomorrow if i get it back or not. But i told them i didn't feel anyone was up to the training like my first trainer was. The one manager agreed no one else was like Mike

If they say no money back, threaten to get a lawyer! I doubt they will though.

You signed up with that Individual so they have to give your money back. I've seen it at a local gym here. Although in some cases, the lifters quit their gyms and go where there trainers go. They are hardcore dudes though. I wouldn't tell you to do that. Ask for you money back or tell them you will take your membership elsewhere if they try pawning off someone you don't want.
