How many grams of sugar is in your diet?

Everyone would like to be sugar free but this is very hard!

what do eat ?

yoplait 27g
cereal bar 12g
total 39grams

I am not perfect...probably more than I should..but by comparison to most people, I'm WAY below their intake. And way below what I used to consume. I only drink water for the most part...eat mostly chicken and fish...natural peanut butter..If I had to guess, I'd say probably 10-20g a day depending on what I eat. and this is like 1g here, 3grams there..stuff like salad dressing or that 1g of sugar in my peanut butter....not bad, eh?

I have been doing real good but after 6 mos I crave just somthing else and every cheat meal I have makes feel like crap not because I cheated but I'm not used to it I guess. I feel like eating everything but don't want anything. I had a snickers a mo. ago 1 candy bar in 6 mos but all that sugar made me feel like crap afterwards.

Just about everything made has a ton sugar.

Time constraints. In this instance i was grateful for them, otherwise the box might have disappeared, as it tends to do when i break my diet

If your gonna break diet, you might aswell let it be alcochol

Yan, control your calories better. Try not to get too many calories from those sources when you're in surplus.

When I cheat, it's usually burgers etc...I eat out..sometimes chinese food..mmmm....last time, I had Thai food at this place here in orlando...ate a ton..then got dessert: coconut ice cream with sesame seeds sprinkled over it...and fried banana pieces...chocolate syrup drizzled across the plate also. mmmmmmmmm

Yeah i try man, but school/work/gym leaves me very little time to make/eat food, i sometimes have to use other sources to get my calories in for the day.

However i do get flashbacks of someone posting, Oh I didn't have a few meals today, so instead i ate a huge piece of chocolate

I love the way you think perfecto!

Other than my extreme protein bar binges and beer, my sugar only comes from whole foods like my fruit, veggies, etc.
