Cheating Carb-ups

So I'm thinking.. (uhoh..lol) I have a bi-weekly carb-up, mostly very clean (oatmeal, banana, wild rice). Though, sometimes, I do feel like incorporating a little candy (though TCD told me sucrose istn't the best carb-up carb), bread and maybe a low-fat cookie..

How much damage would this do? We're talking about a maximum of one meal. Would it halten my progress an awful lot.. Let's say I'd use one of the carb-up as a "cheat" and one as a "good".. And when I'm talking about a cheat, I don't mean a clear all the cabins cheat, I mean a moderate, low fat (minimum fat on carb-ups, right?) cheat..

What's your thoughts? After all, results is what I want.

Don't use it for a cheat meal as such.

But if you really feel that if you don't have a small bit of chocolate you'll break diet during the downcycle, then encorporate it. But still have your usual bland carbs.

I say do what has been working for you.

But if you want something that is sugary/low fat and your carbing up, have a little. Don't go crazy but have it to relieve some psychological stress.

In the end it still becomes glucose (although at varying rates).

Yea, you wouldnt want to have a Krackel bar, 2 honeybuns and a bowl of coc puffs or anything
