Im starting a bulking diet...

..and was just woundering what i should be eating and when?I dont want to eat anything that willnot do nothing for me like i have been.Allso were can i buy oatmeal ive tryed every single shoping market i know(i'm from the u.k).At the moment im 19 years old and weighe around 154lb(11'6 stone),id like to get around 12.10 maybe 3 stone buy xmas time.Cheers for the help guys!

I'm taking 200grams a whey protein a day,and going start some creatine for the first time on next friday.allso taking glutamine roughly a teaspoon aday

Can you post your diet ...what you've been eating so far? Break it down in as much detail as possible....meals, serving sizes, etc.

I havent been on any kind dieat at all really,just trying to eat healthy and eat at meal times.I posted another thread about this not so long ago and you helpt me out w8 but ive lost that thread grrrr.Here is wot ive been eating so far not to sure of sizes but ill try give as roughe detail as i can.Sorry i to be such a pain i'm really new to all this.

First meal-(at around 7:30 am)
Banna x1
porriage x1 bowl
glass of pure orrange 1/2 a pint

meal 2-(at 11:00 am)
Cheese and ham buttys on brown bread x4
low fat youget

meal 3-(1:00pm)
Cup of brown rice
oatmeal x1 bowl(wud use sweet poatoe but dislike it)
apple

meal 4-(7:30,this is about 20 min after i have workt out)
x2 poatoes (1/2 tsp butter in each)
x3 pork chops or x2 piece stirlion steak or roughly 10 oz chicken or two fish or half a duck

meal 5-
1 cup brown rice
x1 bowl a oatmeal
1 banna

during the day i drink lots of water around 7 pints and about 2 cans of dieat coke and i allso eat variouse nuts.

once a week usally on a thurs i have a cheat meal i allso dont train on this day.

Between 9-5 in the day its really hard to cook as im in work.

Allso i can only buy glutmine and protein or glutmine and creatine this mounth as im on a budget with xmas loming grrrrr!Wot two would you reckomend,ive been on whey protein for 4 weeks now just about to run out.

sounds pretty good to me....good that you use brown rice and sweet potatos....make sure you get your green veggies. And I always recommend peanut butter (because I'm an addict) but only use natural peanut butter b/c it has less sugar and, frankly I've grown to like it better. if you're bulking you don't have to worry as much about carbs and such...but be careful not to get fat! nuts, fruits, lean meats yogurt and oatmeal will be great for you. try and stay away from pastas and crap fat foods like pizza and stuff like that. save 'em for cheat days.

Rather than critique your program line by line, seeing as how you are eating suffifcient quanties (just the quality is suffering).....you can ease into something like this, maybe reduce the portions by 10-15%

I would buy creatine and protein, creatine is less $$$ than glutamine, to answer the above question.

Cook meals in advance, drop the diet coke...eat the nuts only at meal times, and increase your water by 50% to 10.5 pints....or 5 L...

What are you putting on the sweet potato? Sprinkle some cinnamon on it and it tastes pretty good.

erm i havent been adding anything to it,just been putting it in the oven and then eating it with out any seasoning etc.Ill give wot you said a try cherrs again w8!
