First meal-(at around 7:30 am) Banna x1 porriage x1 bowl glass of pure orrange 1/2 a pint meal 2-(at 11:00 am) Cheese and ham buttys on brown bread x4 low fat youget meal 3-(1:00pm) Cup of brown rice oatmeal x1 bowl(wud use sweet poatoe but dislike it) apple meal 4-(7:30,this is about 20 min after i have workt out) x2 poatoes (1/2 tsp butter in each) x3 pork chops or x2 piece stirlion steak or roughly 10 oz chicken or two fish or half a duck meal 5- 1 cup brown rice x1 bowl a oatmeal 1 banna during the day i drink lots of water around 7 pints and about 2 cans of dieat coke and i allso eat variouse nuts. once a week usally on a thurs i have a cheat meal i allso dont train on this day. Between 9-5 in the day its really hard to cook as im in work. Allso i can only buy glutmine and protein or glutmine and creatine this mounth as im on a budget with xmas loming grrrrr!Wot two would you reckomend,ive been on whey protein for 4 weeks now just about to run out. |
