Hi everyone Im new to this site but not to working out. Im currently looking for a hard core body-builders gym in London to reach my goals I work out at home. I would love some pointers on how to get rid of my mummy tummy i've had four kids. If anyone has any good advise on how to become a hard body I really welcome this I try to have 5-6 small high protein meals a day but sometimes this is not possible.

hi, all i know is that it's much easier analyze ur diet then it is to "cardio" it off! no sugar very little starch and get ur clean carbs from fruits and vegatables, some fats r good though, like ones from cashews and almonds.I like the "block" diet, as i don't have the patience to weigh and measure every meal. The block diet is linked to a crossfit program.

Welcome to the site. As far as gyms go, sorry I can't help you there. We have many great people here that can help you reach your goals. Good luck. I feel where you are coming from. I had only 1 child and it messed my body up pretty good.
