I have ingested have let me "throw some weight" around like never before! I did 2 sets 25lb DB curls for 8 reps...a weight I barely got 2 reps on and I did 35lb DB Shoulder Press for 7 reps, WITHOUT help, this was a wieght I'd get 2 or 3 asssisted reps
