My diet sucks

The only thigns i will eat now are egg whites, tuna, sardines, rice and nuts. With the exception of bread and maybe other protein sources. But i am so fearful of carbs that I wont really eat any. Also some of these foods are great for protein but not go with actual calories. I need to go over my maintenace what are a list of different proetin sources carb sources and fat sources that are fine for a bodybuilder. Ive been eating like im on a constant cutting diet. ALso I cant cook so please only list foods that a college student could readily make, money is no object.

for a meal i might have two can of tuna, or two tins of sardines, and for breakfast usually 6 eggwhites. I might add something with carbs in if Im hungry and I have these meals every 2-3 hours. and my dinner is usally anything my mother makes which is rice wiht purred bean sauce with with chicken turkey or fish,i usauly take two good sized pieces.

oatmeal
brown rice
sweet potatoes
apples
berries

these are the 'cleanest' carbs you can get. Others include:

Whole wheat bread
cream of wheat
other fruits, like:
oranges
bananas

eggs
chicken breasts
turkey, ground/breast
tuna
salmon
cottage cheese

these are good protein sources

olive/flax/borage/evening primrose/fish oils
sour cream
heavy cream

the oils are great fats, the sour/heavy cream are not so great but acceptable

there are probably many more foods you can eat, these are the only foods i eat so i left something out.

lean beef
chicken breast
turkey breast
fresh fish
canned tuna
canned salmon
eggs
creamed cottage cheese**
hard cheese **
sweet potatoes
yams
long grain brown rice
old fashioned oats
steel cut oats
eggplant
squash
romaine lettuce
spinach
asparagus
avocado
broccoli
brussels sprouts
cabbage
cauliflower
cucumbers
celery
peppers (any color)
mushrooms
string beans
zucchini
apples
bananas**
fresh or frozen (w/o syrup) berries
peaches
grapefruit
heavy whipping cream (35% ....NOT whipped cream the dessert topping)
olive oil
safflower oil
flax seed oil
walnut oil
almonds
walnuts
natural sugar-free peanut butter

** Not all foods on this list should be used at all times...the banana for instance should only be used during a carb up and/or a bulk.
