Clean Bulk Diet

My friend (J1M, i think hes registered here too?) and I will be using this diet on our clean bulk. I'm 19 years old about 5'9" 155bs 13% bf, and my friend is 16 (turning 17) about 5'8"-5'9" 150 @ 10% bf. We will both be following the MAX-OT trainning from http://www.ast-ss.com
Meal 1 6:00am
3/4c oatmeal
40g whey
5g creatine
2tbsp pb/1tbsp flax
1g vitamin c
Meal 2 (school)
20g whey @ 9:30am
40g whey+1oz raw peanuts @ 11:00am
or
turkey sandwhich + 1oz raw peanuts @ 11:00am
1 serving uniliver
Meal 3 2:45pm
chicken breast
1/2 sweet potatoe
salad + homemade basalmic vinegarette
1 serving uniliver
Animal M-Stak (no pro-hormones) @ 4pm
workout 4:30pm
Meal 4 (post workout) 5:20pm
2 Scoops AST VP2 WPI
50g dextrose 15g maltodextrose blend from protein factory
5g creatine
10g glutamine
Animal Pak (multi vit)
Meal 4 (non-workout days)
Tuna w/ wasabi on tortilla
or 40g + 2tbsp nat pb/1tbsp flax
Meal 5
chicken/fish/steak/other beef
salad + basalmic vineg/mixed veggies
basmati rice/potatoe
9pm ZMA
10pm
1c cottage cheese + 2tbsp nat pb
or 40g whey + 2tbsp nat pb
We will both be following this, were looking to hit 2400-2500 (non workout) and averaging out around 2700-2800 per week o workout days. Any commends/help is welcome, thanks.

turkey sandwhich is 6-8oz turkey, 2 pieces indian grain bread, mustard and lettuce. I do not have any pics but if you give me a few hours i think i can find my friends.

the cottage cheese is going to interfere with the ZMA absorption because it contains calcium.

i usually wait about 2 hours after taking ZMA not 1 hour as i posted, will this still interfere with it?
