Caber usage

When running tren or deca do you guys use caber or prami to prevent progesterone or do you have it on hand just in case you experience progesterone problems? I have some but I'm not sure if I want to use it if I don't have to.

It's a good idea with 19-nors. I use Caber, but only because I had some problems with sides on Prami. I'd say that if you tolerate it well, Prami is the way to go, as it's a bit stronger. Caber does work for me, though.

Some use it as preventative, some wait until symptoms show. I think the theory is why keep subjecting your body to unnecessary drugs if you don't need it. However, use at first signs of anything abnormal around your nips. Sore, itchy, lumpy, squirting milk... lol 
As long as you have it on hand you have time to make up your mind.
