I am looking to gain mass wo/ too much bf. I am 5'8" and 157. This is my diet (workout day)
4:00 A:M (pre work out)Oatmeal (cold) half MRP and skim milk
6:00 A:M (Post workout)Prolab phosocreatine and whey protien
6:30 Protien Bar or 1 cup cottage cheese and sugarfree yogurt
9:00 Half MRP w/bannana, PB, and a little oatmeal
12:00 1/2 lean meat veggies w/no or lowfat Japanese dressing and rice
2:00 same as 9:00 meal
4:30 Protien bar. I eat this on the way to school
7:00 Usually the same as the 12:00 meal
1:00 A:M Cottage and yogurt or whey protien mixed with skim milk. I try to get about 7-8 hrs of sleep per night.

doest look to bad. are you using 1/2 servings on the mrps to save money, because i would just use a whole one IMHO.and are you drinking water.

I drink about 2-3 gallons of water a day. I am drinking half MRP to save some money. I don't know if I metioned that I drink the MRP. w/skim milk. I am guessing the way I mix it the MRP has about 500 cal. and 30 grams of protien.
