Czech (I'm 1/2 :) ) Goulash: Modified by CLP

top sirloin
garlic
coriander seed
olive oil
yams
celery
potatoes
onions
paprika
savory
basil
sea salt
water
corn starch - my dad has Celiac's so I always use cornstarch now, but any other "BB friendly thickener" (yes it sounds like it should be pornalized) will do

Brown sirloin in olive oil w/garlic, onions, coriander seed, paprika, and sea salt.

Add water, yams, potatoes, savory, basil and heat until cooked. Add thickener until stew like.

Add light red sauce in!

Crock pot the dish minus the Pasta...mmmmmnn yummy!

Hmmn.. I wonder if it would be deemed as "healthy" with my modifications?

Yes it would still be healthy. Just use organic spelt or rice pasta.
