Sliced beef
Been sprouts- not sure the exact name, but they're not the ones North Americans use. These beans sprouts are very thick with very thick sprouts ( again males, do not pornalize though tempting!)
Red Chili Pepper- from the asian super market, not our weak stuff
Sea salt
Water
Suey Choy
Boil all ingredient in pot til done. A very good, nose cleaning, intestinal cleaning soup.
