last question how long afther taking the pill should i work out on super dmz and will drinking protein shakes right afther affect the ph?

I like taking DMZ about 60-90 minutes pretraining with a shake and large piece of fruit.

I really liked taking 2 pills of Mr Supps Dieselbolan v2.0 right before training, fasted with just a pre-workout drink. Gave me great strength and aggression, and let me kill it in the gym! They're having a sale soon, good time to stock up at Mr Supps!
