I have been feeling a bit stuck lately. I have tried sticking to various routines, but it's always hard for me; mainly because I have basketball practise 2-3 times a week too.
Anyway, I feel that I need to stick to a full-body workout each time in order to get it all done often enough to make gains.
My workouts would be as follows (plz gimme feedback on this):
Monday - Basketball practise (2 hours)
Tuesday - Lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thurs - Basketball (1½ hours)
Friday - Lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Lifting
Each lifting session would typically consist of basic compound stuff, but many of the excersises will be changed from time to time...(however, the first 3 mentioned will always be included)
Bench Press, DeadLifts, Squats, Bent Over Rows, EZ Barbell curls, Skull crushers (french presses), pull ups and chin-ups + situps etc.

Why do you think this? Is it because you might miss the odd workout?
I haven't done full body workouts in almost 4 years because I always found that I was training while still sore from the last workout. You'll have to give it a go and see how it works for you.

Would you recomend something like GoPro's "Power, Rep, Shock" routine instead?

I've been using it for at least 3 months now and I'm still seeing gains from it.
So yes, I would recomend it.

I think the thing I like the best is that it changes each week so you don't get so board with it.
