Hi
About a year ago my doctor diagnosed my with asthma and gave me serevent, flovent, and novo-salmol.
Often I have heard them refered to as steroids. Just wondering if any of the effects resemble those of weightlifting (?anabolic?) steroids.

never heard of it, I dont think it would have any benefits for lifting. Now get you doc to prescribe test and u are set

not a single anabolic benefit. If anything, just the opposite. corticos can ultimately cause catabolis and bone depletion, along w/ the given water retention and irritability. Don't take'em any longer than prescribed.

crazy
ya i used them for maybe 2-4 weeks about a year ago when i first got them
other than that i haven't botehred with them... so far as i can tell i've only had one asthma attack, if thats what it really was (about 8 months ago... lol just realized what it probably was a month ago)
that stuff doesn't sound too healthy... I guess I'll just use them if I think it's absolutely necessary
