Have any of you folks ever heard of this stuff. My neighbor is selling it and claims it is pretty good. I looked on the net but all I found was a ton of people selling it and very little info on it's effectiveness( I'm not the least bit interested in selling the stuff). I'm interested in any experiences you all might have. Thanks
