Anybody ever used MTM Joint Synergy+ ?
I'm suffering from numerous minor joint problems (wrist, hip, knee, ankle, ..) that are really holding back
my training and have a serious impact on my mountainbiking fun.. 
Is there anything else (naturally) that I can do ?
I found that upping my water intake (a lot) helped lessen the pain a bit,
but getting off my bike every 7 minutes to pee isn't really what I'm after either ..
