I'm sure out of everyone who post here, at least one person has tried these. Myoblast, N02 Growth hemodilater, The H-Bomb. That's just to name a few. Which ones have shown proven results? What do you guys recommend? There are also some more risky things like Kyneselen and Syntheselen. Anyone tried these?

Myoblast waste of cash

I have and still use and believe in plain ole' Creatine monohydrate and Glutamine. Those are tried and tested and known to be effective. I use GNC Brand Creatine. Not any of those fancy named types such as that MuscleTech crap.(Mesotech etc). I also suppliment meals with Designer Protein. That is all,, carry on.

I've never tried those products you mentioned. I like to stick with the basics, which are: whey protein, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamin, vitamin C and liver tablets.

Here's a link to some great articles about supplements.

Max and I are on the same page it appears. I also use a mulit vitamin I forgot to mention. Megaman
I don't personally use Liver tabs cause I already have a liver. hehehe

Does it matter which form of Glutamine you use? Pill or powder? What about Creatine? Is there any form or brand you should stay away from because of inferiority? What about Twin Lab Fizz Fuel? What side effects have you experienced from Creatine? I'm trying to stay within a low budget if possible.

Glutamine = powder

Creatine = powder, look for a brand that uses Creapure creatine. http://www.degussa-bioactives.com/bi...pure/start.htm

Brand specific, I like Prolabs for both of those.

Both powders. Side effects from Creatine Monohydrate Powder form are: 1. for the 1st few days of taking it, you may experience "stomach cramps" and "the runs". It goes away.
2. A touch of bloatness but it also goes away.
Expense: I say dont go with the fancy mixes. The more you mix it with sheeit, the more seperation there is in the container. I've used a MuscleTech product once and the mix they used was orange. The creatine white. the creatine powder is lighter so settled more to the bottom. I had to mix the container everytime before use and still you aren't going to get a balanced amount every time.
I say get GNC brand Creatine Monohydrate. It's not as expensive as all these fancy types and I know 1st hand it's good.

What about Ribose? I saw where Gopro mentioned using that with creatine. Does it matter if it's pill or powder form? Seems like the Ribose pill is much more common. What about this Dermagain stuff? http://www.anabolicstore.com/google/Testosterone.htm I'm just not believing that stuff works.

Send GP an offline. I personally never heard of ribose or what it does for you. I can say from knowing him, if he says it's good it is. But it's still good to know what your using and why so ask him.

Leave ribose alone, it's not worth it....if you do use it, at least 5 grams of the powder. It's a 5 carbon sugar that works to combine with c-AMP to form more ATP. So like creatine, but with a different pathway
