German Choc caramel brownies that'll kill your diet

Mix:
1 box German choc cake mix, 6oz evaporated milk, 2 sticks of butter
Spread 1/2 of mix into a greased cakepan and bake @ 350 ~7min
Slowly melt:
14oz caramels, 6oz evaporated milk, and 1/2 stick of butter in a greased pot
Pour caramel mixture over baked half of batter and sprinkle 1 bag milk choc chips over top
by the tbs, cover this w/ the rest of the cakemix and bake @ 350 ~18min
now pour another bag of milk choc chips over top and there you go... an early death
