After burning at 110% for 3,4 maybe in 6 hours for some....the body being smart........ then super compensates at 90% for a similar length of time.....net effect...not as much as you think! Is this normal? Anything I can do about it if I keep using the fat burners? yes, very normal........maybe try extra caffeine, mate or green tea instead? |
